When I decided to join Kevin Richberg in Israel for the 30 Postcards Project, I had no idea of the intensity this journey would turn out to be. This video expresses very well that intensity in 5 minutes. We never stopped moving, exploring, discovering, working.
We have visited Israel in 11 days for what has been an extraordinary life experience. Nothing to do with the general tourist approach, as the goal was to visit the country with the intent of sharing our discoveries with those potential tourists that may want to travel to Israel in the future.
Hence you have to make the best out of everything, as time is limited.
In order to make things more challenging for us, we have chosen the Yom Kippur period for our journey. Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the year in the Jewish tradition, therefor when visiting Israel during that season you have to be aware of their traditions, habits and customs in order to respect them and be respected.
This is just the beginning, as I have much more to share from my experiences with Kevin for the 30 Postcards Project: from Israel, El Salvador, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
