Lindsay arrives in India and starts working for BHUMI as volunteer. She talks about her first impressions and feelings when she starts adapting to her new environment.
BHUMI is an Indian organization that strongly believes that development in a large scale is possible when providing people with the knowledges they need for succeeding in life. When you teach someone how to live in a better way, that person will be able to do it without any help and will be able to teach it to other people. If you just give them something to eat, tomorrow they will still be in need of your help.
